DAN SPRINTZ
Dan Sprintz is a longtime community leader, nonprofit executive, and advocate for families, youth, and community engagement in Manitoba.
For the past twenty years, Dan has worked in community leadership and the nonprofit sector, helping strengthen organizations, expand accessibility initiatives, grow fundraising efforts, and create opportunities for families and young people across Manitoba. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation as a collaborative and energetic leader who believes in bringing people together and leaving things stronger than he found them.
Dan has also held leadership roles with youth and university organizations and has served on the board of the Manitoba Camping Association. His work has focused on supporting families, building strong communities, and ensuring programs remain accessible and sustainable for future generations.
As a resident of Tuxedo, Dan lives with his wife Rebecca, their children Sage and Cole, and their dogs Cali and Maverick. Their family is deeply rooted in the community, where their children enjoy local parks, community centres, and neighbourhood life.
Dan is passionate about affordability, community safety, healthcare, education, and ensuring Manitoba remains a great place to raise a family. He believes in practical solutions, listening carefully to residents, and building stronger communities through collaboration, respect, and hard work.
